Brews:

A free house, and they certainly know how to choose their beersExternal link. Always an extensive selection of cask ales, c.8-10, and a very good wine cellarExternal link as well.

Food:

Excellent food served from midday to late every day, great menuExternal link, served in any of a number of rooms each with its own character. The service is first class. For some of us, the best eatery along the Macclesfield Canal.
